The Greensburg boys basketball team was stymied by the visiting Class 4A Seymour Owls Tuesday night in Greensburg, shooting just 34% from the floor in a 48-40 loss. The Pirates were led by seniors Drew Busick and Addison Barnes-Pettit. Busick scored 15 points and Barnes-Pettit added 11. Seymour's Jaylan Johnson led all scorers with 25 points. Tuesday's loss snaps a five-game winning streak for the Pirates, who fall to 14-7 on the season and 5-1 in the EIAC. Greensburg is back in action Saturday night against South Ripley at home in the final game of a five-game homestand. JV tips at 6 p.m.
